Do I need to download an app to use FoodByUs?

What is FoodByUs?

For Suppliers, FoodByUs is a free web app that lets you manage your orders. We are Australia’s #1 wholesale procurement platform, with thousands of hospitality venues using us every day. We give you exposure to new customers who can find your brand through our marketplace.

Do I need to sign a contract with FoodByUs?

No, you are not locked into a contract with Foodbyus but we do have agreed terms of business with our partnered suppliers that indicate how we work together. It is expected that these standards are upheld for our responsibilities to you and vice versa.

How much does FoodByUs Cost to use?

If you’d like to become a Partnered Supplier, we will negotiate to take a commission from sales made from new accounts we bring you.

Our Partnered Suppliers get increased exposure to new customers on our platform, as well as free marketing & support benefits.

Otherwise, you can opt to become a Direct Supplier which is completely free.

Can I customise pricing and/or groups for my customers with FoodByUs?

Yes, you can. As a partnered supplier you can tailor your pricing and products to select customers and groups of customers. If you need any assistance with this please contact your account manager.

How does FoodByUs work with my warehouse & distribution methods?

FoodByUs does not have warehousing or distribution functionality. We are an online marketplace solution that connects you to new and existing customers.

We offer integrations with your processes to ensure order information can easily be uploaded to your current solutions.

What payment methods are available for my customers?

We accept 3 payment types: Direct Debit, Credit/Debit Cards & Payment Terms.

What other solutions does FoodByUs integrate with?

We’ve built FoodByUs to integrate with a variety of solutions.

FoodByUs is currently integrated with accounting platforms including Xero & Butn. We are working on bringing you more integrations in the near future to further improve your OMS experience.
