This integration is available as part of our Premium subscription. By connecting your POS to FoodByUs, you can seamlessly link your sales data to your menu items, providing enhanced and accurate insights into your Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
Connecting your OrderMate Integration
Step 1: To connect your OrderMate account, navigate to Account Settings > Integrations > Point-of-Sale (POS)
Step 2: Click ‘Connect’ on the H&L tile
Step 3: Provide your OrderMate Head Office ID (ho_id). Please contact OrderMate if you are unsure of what your ho_id is.
a) After entering your Head Office ID, the FoodByUs development team will send a connection request to OrderMate to enable the integration.
b) You will be notified by FoodByUs support once the integration has been successfully established.
Step 4: If you only have a single location set up in OrderMate, the setup is now complete and we will start syncing your products and orders.
Step 5: If you have multiple locations setup within OrderMate, please follow the next few steps after the connection has been established.
Step 6: Return to the Integrations page and click on the OrderMate tile.
Step 7: Select a “store” or location from the drop down to connect to the FoodByUs account.
Step 8: After selecting the location, your products and last 3 months of orders will start syncing. This may take some time to fully sync.
Disconnecting OrderMate
If you’d like to disconnect your H&L integration with FoodByUs, please contact support@foodbyus.com. Disconnecting the integration will require the FoodByUs development team to contact H&L to initiate the disconnection.
Step 1: Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations > Point-of-Sale (POS)
Step 2: Click ‘View Details’ on the OrderMate tile.
