Understanding your order status

Your orders appear in your dashboard, or under the “My Orders” section in the top bar.

Your Order Status indicates which point in the fulfilment process your order is currently in.

1. Received by Supplier

The supplier has received your order the fulfilment is in progress. The order is being sorted, is out for delivery or has already been delivered. The order status will remain as “Received by Supplier” for 24 hours after your order is delivered. At this stage, you will be able to report any issues with your order.

2. Sent to Supplier

The order has been sent to the supplier, but they have not seen the order request yet.

3. Finalised

24 hours after your order is delivered, and if there are no issues outstanding, the order status will be updated to “Finalised”
