Out of Stock (OOS) Management

Step 1.

Log into your dashboard and then navigate to ‘Products and Pricing’ and then click on ‘Product List.’

Step 2.

Use the search bar to find the product you need to set to ‘Out of Stock.’

Step 3.

Once you have found the product, click ‘Set Out of Stock’. Then, set the date the product is expected to be available and then click ‘update’.

If the product is restocked earlier than the date you specified, you can set it back to available by clicking ‘Set in Stock’.

If the product is restocked earlier than the date you specified, you can set it back to available by clicking ‘Set in Stock’.
