About Notifications
Notifications help you stay up to date with orders and account activity. You can choose which updates to receive and whether they arrive by email or app (push) notification.
How it works by plan
Basic & Essential
All notification categories are available to every user automatically.
- Manage your own alerts
- Choose email or push
- No admin setup required
Premium
Root users or admins control access to notification categories for each team member.
- Grant access in User Management
- Users then choose their own alerts
- SMS is available for supported types, but not the ordering and finance notifications listed below
For root users: set notification permissions
Premium only. A root user or admin needs to grant team members access to notification categories before they can configure or receive them.
- Go to Account Settings → User Management.
- Select a team member and choose Edit.
- Find Notification Permissions.
- Switch on the categories the user needs: Ordering Notifications and/or Finance and Account Notifications.
- Save the changes.
