Peppe’s Pasta was founded in 1993 by Joe Cassaniti With a history of quality food manufacturers in his family, Joe introduced fresh pasta in to the famous foodie suburb of Haberfield. Peppe’s pasta went into full production creating new shapes and flavours. Joe prides the business in delivering a high standard of quality in his products and services to his customers. All pasta is made using Australian durum wheat, fresh eggs, fresh local produce, meat, poultry and seafood. It is for this reason that many awards have been won at the Royal Agricultural Society.
