How to add or delete your bank account details

You can set up direct debit payments in your FoodByUs account by adding your bank account details.

NOTE: FoodByUs does not save or store your credit card or bank details.

Instead, we keep a token (a non-sensitive reference to your credit card or bank account details) linked to your FoodByUs account.

Your payment provider issues this token; so you can use the same credit card or bank account details for future transactions.

If you don’t add any payment methods, you will be asked to enter your card details at checkout; and the tokenised version will automatically be stored in your account for future transactions.
