This dish incorperates gourmet and plant-based ingredients to make a vegan dish thats full of flavour! Ingredients: Sweet Potato, Flour, Salt, Olive Oil, Dry White Wine, Soy Milk, Pepper, Mushroom, Nutritional Yeast, Garlic, Porcini Mushrooms, Onion, Vegetable Stock, Truffle Oil, Herbs, Water. Most ingredients are locally sourced. All food waste is composted. Food is packaged in bamboo containers and are compostable for minimal environmental impact.
