1. Promoter

The promoter is FoodByUs Pty Ltd (ABN 27 610 884 083), 7/418a Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 (Promoter).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences on 7 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 27 October 2026 (Promotion Period).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to eligible FoodByUs customers who purchase participating Lamb Weston products through FoodByUs during the Promotion Period.

Employees of the Promoter, Lamb Weston, their immediate families, and any agencies or companies directly associated with the conduct of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry into the Promotion, an eligible customer must purchase at least three (3) cartons of participating Lamb Weston products on a single invoice during the Promotion Period.

The three cartons may consist of the same participating Lamb Weston product or a combination of different participating Lamb Weston products.

Each qualifying invoice constitutes one (1) entry into the Promotion, regardless of the number of participating cartons purchased above the minimum requirement on that invoice.

Multiple entries are permitted throughout the Promotion Period, provided each entry is associated with a separate qualifying invoice.

5. Entry Process

Entry is automatic when a qualifying invoice is received and recorded by FoodByUs. No separate entry form is required unless otherwise communicated by the Promoter.

Cancelled, refunded, returned or otherwise invalid transactions may be excluded from the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all qualifying purchases and entries.

6. Prizes

There are six (6) prizes to be won.

Each winner will receive one (1) Chef's Armoury voucher valued at $500.

The total prize pool is $3,000.

Chef's Armoury vouchers are subject to any terms, conditions, validity periods and redemption requirements imposed by Chef's Armoury.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise required by law.

7. Prize Draws

Six (6) winners will be selected during the Promotion.

One (1) winner will be drawn following the first three (3) weeks of the Promotion. One (1) additional winner will then be drawn each week for the remaining five (5) weeks of the Promotion.

All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will remain eligible for subsequent prize draws. Entries that are not selected as a winner will roll over into the next applicable draw.

Each draw will be conducted by the Promoter at the FoodByUs office in Sydney, NSW.

Each winner will receive one (1) $500 Chef's Armoury voucher.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified using the email address and/or phone number associated with their FoodByUs account within five (5) business days of the relevant draw.

A winner's business name may also be published on the FoodByUs website, FoodByUs platform or other promotional channels.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring the contact information associated with their FoodByUs account is accurate and up to date.

9. Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner cannot be contacted, does not claim their prize within the timeframe specified by the Promoter, or is subsequently determined to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

10. Verification & Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, qualifying invoices and entrants at any time.

The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who submits an invalid entry, tampers with the entry process, provides false or misleading information, acts fraudulently, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter's decision in relation to eligibility and verification is final, subject to applicable law.

11. Changes to the Promotion

If the Promotion cannot proceed as planned for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approval, to modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the Promotion.

If a stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except to the extent such loss, damage or injury is caused by the Promoter's negligence or wilful misconduct.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Promotion, verifying entries, contacting winners and awarding prizes.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the FoodByUs Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the extent necessary without affecting the remaining provisions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
