FoodByUs is a marketplace for B2B Buyers (cafes, restaurants, hotels and other foodservice businesses) to place orders direct with local foodservice Suppliers of all sizes.

We currently operate in NSW. We are hard at work setting up in other states and aim to be Australia wide soon. If you are outside NSW, register your interest and we will be in touch.

No, its free to join. We simply charge Suppliers a percentage fee for each successfully fulfilled order.

Our Suppliers must be certified B2B foodservice producers with an existing network of customers. We cover the full spectrum of what a foodservice business would need. Baked Goods & Sweets, Coffee & Tea, Dairy, Fruit Veg & Spice, Meat & Poultry, Seafood, Dry Goods, Beverages, Cleaning & Prep, Packaging and Meals.

We have hundreds of venues ranging from restaurants to cafes to corporates and caterers. Our network of Buyers is growing every day.

Yes, through your Supplier dashboard you can directly message the venues buying from you. We also provide on-going feedback about products, trends and service levels. We’re here to help you grow your business every step of the way.

We have an amazing team of sales reps that are on the road promoting FoodByUs and our Suppliers directly to cafes, restaurants, hotels and specialty stores. We support these sales efforts with marketing in trade magazines and trade shows. Of course, given our online focus, we have online marketing campaigns running 24/7.

Suppliers do. You have complete control over your cut-off time, lead time to produce and the delivery areas and days (if you offer delivery).

In most cases Suppliers do their own delivery in line with their existing routes and capabilities. For some Suppliers, we offer a network of speedy drivers with sophisticated tools for route optimisation and customer communication.

Suppliers are free to set and amend their pricing via a self-service online dashboard. You have complete control over pricing and can even set up different pricing tiers for key customers.

No problem. We show Buyers the cost per weight and adjust the order price on the day of delivery based on what was actually delivered.

We allow Buyers to pay real-time via credit card or direct debit.

Yes. If you offer payment terms to all or some of your customers, this can be configured through the platform. Please note: if you choose to offer payment terms, you will be paid once the customer pays FoodByUs.

We do. If you have offered customers payment terms, our system will automatically take payment from the customers credit card or bank account when payment is due. If payment fails for whatever reason, our friendly customer service team will chase payment based on agreed rules.

For each completed order with upfront payment, we pay you weekly (less our fee) directly into your bank account. If you choose to offer payment terms, you will be paid direct to your bank account once the customer pays FoodByUs.
